In the Town Hall area, a distressed dog is barking and howling. The owner who's inside, Det Nye Fisketorget eating food and drinking a cool beer couldn't care less. It's very hot for furry dogs standing in the midday sun without any shelter or access to water. Det Nye Fisketorget is a Market Hall/Resturant, recently opened. The Citizens of Oslo are not impressed. It's overpriced and the building made of grey cement and glass is very ugly. Lens 180mm - f/5.6 - 1/125 - Iso 50 - Auto Mode.
